Sean and his wife Amanda live in Cincinnati with their three children; Spencer, Leonardo and Sabrina. He is an avid runner, having
completed five marathons, and plays competitive soccer year round.

Sean is part of the CresaPartners tenant advisory team that's focused exclusively on representing the interests
of corporate space users in Southwest Ohio and throughout the U.S. He delivers a fully integrated package of
real estate services to his clients including: strategic planning, market research, site selection and acquisition
negotiations. As a LEED AP, Sean is able to consult with companies on the potential benefits that green
design offers as well.

Prior to joining CresaPartners, Sean was employed in the financial industry with local investment advisory firm
RiverPoint Capital Management that currently manages about $900 million. As a manager there he
